No-Cost Drive-through COVID-19 Testing
Bay Area Community Health is offering free COVID-19 testing at pop-up events and two community clinics.
COVID-19 Test to Treatment
Test to Treat allows individuals to be tested, be seen by a provider, and receive prescription antiviral pills (Paxlovid or molnupiravir). Those 12 years and older who weigh more than 88 pounds (40 kg) and have high-risk conditions may be eligible for treatment.
COVID-19 treatments are free in California. You do not need to have insurance or be a US citizen. You must have COVID-19 symptoms and have a positive COVID-19 test result to get treatment
When to get treatment
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, seek treatment right away. Treatment works best if started right after symptoms start. Treatment must be taken within 5-7 days of the start of symptoms. Do not wait for symptoms to get worse.
COVID-19 treatments are medications that can help prevent severe illness, hospitalization, and death from COVID-19.
A doctor can tell you if you are eligible for treatment and which type is best for you.
