Honoring a Legacy: Dr. Zettie D. Page III Receives 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award

Page III, CEO of Bay Area Community Health, has been awarded the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). This prestigious recognition celebrates a lifetime devoted to health equity, community service, and transformative leadership.


Dr. Page’s journey is a powerful testament to compassion and resilience. From faith-based outreach in Chicago to street ministry in Oahu, and clinical leadership in Illinois and Milwaukee, he has spent decades on the frontlines improving lives. His work as a National Health Service Corps clinician quickly evolved into executive leadership, revitalizing health centers and expanding access for underserved populations nationwide.

A retired Colonel with 36 years of military service, Dr. Page has dedicated his life to ensuring access to care for all, embodying the values that drive Bay Area Community Health’s mission every day.


Under Dr. Page’s guidance, Bay Area Community Health has grown into a multi-service organization serving eight cities across two counties—providing medical, dental, behavioral health, vision, and social services to thousands. His impact extends beyond operations: he has mentored countless healthcare professionals, inspiring a new generation to deliver culturally relevant, community-centered care.
