Gaurav Tyagi
Gaurav Tyagi joined Bay Are Community Health in March 2016 bringing extensive experience in strategic planning, business process redesign, and improvement, business development, and leading cross-functional teams. Mr. Tyagi is a result-oriented technology leader with 17 years of demonstrated history of working with various stakeholders in the hospital & health care industry and more than six years in FQHC. Mr. Tyagi started with Bay Area Community Health as Information Systems Director and immediately started his pursuit of a Masters in Business Administration from HAAS School of Business, UC Berkeley. One year after graduating from HAAS, he was promoted to Sr. Director in 2020 and has recently been appointed Interim Chief of Information Systems. He is responsible for Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Services, and Health Information Management at BACH.
