As of January 2025, Stan Augustine serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Bay Area Community Health (BACH), bringing expertise to financial management, organizational strategy, and healthcare operational management.

Previously, Stan held key financial leadership roles at Providence St. Joseph Health. His career includes positions at Prudential Healthcare and Kaiser Permanente Southern California Region, where he honed his expertise in managing large-scale healthcare systems.

Stan holds a PhD degree in Human and Organizational Systems, specializing in health equity research from Fielding Graduate University. He has two MA degrees with one in Human and Organizational Systems and another in Organization Management and Development. In addition, Stan holds an MBA from California State University-Long Beach.

Stan is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA), and a Fellow of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). His extensive knowledge and dedication to organizational excellence make him a key asset to BACH’s leadership team, driving financial sustainability and growth in support of the mission of improving community health outcomes.
