Wilfredo Lacro
Wilfredo Lacro joined Bay Area Community Health in September 2013 and again in September 2020. Mr. Lacro brings more than 18 years of fund development and management experience to the position, including senior level fundraising positions at various public benefit corporations within the Bay Area and Las Vegas. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center for 3 years, and Director of Planning and Development at Tri-City Health Center for 4 years. He has been responsible for implementing and evaluating comprehensive multi-year development strategies, including specific fundraising objectives (from high net-worth individuals, estate plans, foundations, corporations, and government); providing agency-wide marketing strategies that result in community engagement and community awareness; preparing annual development plans to corresponding budgets, as well as exploring and initiating funding opportunities that meet agency needs. A California native, Wilfredo received his Executive Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in December 2021.
