Arthur B. Feagles, Jr.
Art joined Bay Area Community Health in June of 2023 to serve as CFO. Mr. Feagles’ 20 years of executive service, primarily as CFO as well as a CIO and COO, includes affiliations in hospitals, ambulatory care units and within several successful California based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). He has comprehensive technical knowledge of several Electronic Health Records systems (EHRs), and brings training and experience in Project Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, applications development, mergers & acquisitions, and organizational transformation. He attributes his former organization successes in part to his knowledge of commercial real estate acquisition, site development, medical facility design, and construction management. Mr. Feagles is an alumnus of Harvard College, and later studied law and computer science at Golden Gate University.
